VP – Membership
My journey with PMI West Bengal Chapter began in 2018 — not with a title, but with a desire to contribute as a volunteer.
Over the years, that intent evolved into responsibility, responsibility into leadership, and in 2025, the honour of serving as a Board Member and Vice President – Membership.What has remained constant throughout this journey is the power of belonging. PMI West Bengal Chapter has always been more than a professional association for me — it has been a community that nurtures learning, builds connections, and shapes leaders through service. As VP Membership, my focus is to ensure that every member experiences this same sense of belonging — from the moment they join, through their growth as professionals, leaders, and community advocates.
I am deeply grateful to my Membership team — a passionate group of volunteers and leaders who believe that membership is not transactional, but transformational. Together, we are committed to creating meaningful experiences where members can learn continuously, build strong connections, grow as leaders, and give back to the profession.
This journey has taught me one thing clearly: strong communities don’t happen by chance — they are built with purpose, people, and passion.

Onboarding new members is a cornerstone service at PMI West Bengal Chapter, designed to ensure every new member experiences a seamless, structured, and welcoming transition into the chapter.
The chapter follows a well-defined five-step framework, completed within the first 30 days of membership. This approach ensures consistency, inclusivity, and meaningful early engagement.
