My association with the PMI West Bengal Chapter began in 2014—not through a designation, but through a genuine commitment to serve and contribute as a volunteer. Over the years, I have had the privilege of contributing across multiple portfolios, and since 2021, I have served on the Chapter Board in leadership roles spanning Events and Membership. Beyond every role and responsibility, what continues to inspire me is project management’s enduring impact: shaping professionals, empowering communities, and creating meaningful change.

Events, to me, are more than scheduled gatherings—they are platforms where knowledge meets practice, ideas turn into action, and professionals evolve into leaders. As Vice President – Events, my focus is to create meaningful, high-impact engagements that enable continuous learning, foster collaboration, and deliver lasting value to our community.

My professional ethos was profoundly shaped by my years in the armed forces, where discipline, commitment, and service are foundational values. A guiding principle that continues to inspire me is: “Service Before Self.” This philosophy aligns deeply with my approach to leadership, project management, and community building.
