Mr Ramyajit Dasgupta is an experienced project management professional with vast experience in the Telecommunication industry in India and in the MENA region covering multiple geographies which includes dealing with the giant telecom operators and vendors such as Etisalat, Ooredoo, Du, Ericsson, Nokia and Huawei.

During my 11 years experience my work involved managing various size Telecom & Digital projects. I have a track record of ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality, within the scope by effectively organizing, managing and utilizing all resources. I have been associated with PMI since 2018, and have volunteered in both the UAE and India chapters.

My professional interests focus on Digital Transformation, Analytics workflow optimization,Project Management Compliance, Project and Change Management experience in Analytics Programs, and my current projects include Organizational Development and Strategy Consultancy, stakeholder engagement and knowledge management & skills in the areas of: Strategy Development, Organizational Development & Design, Business Process Reengineering, change enablement and Organizational Excellence.
