The Project Management Institute ( PMI ) West Bengal Chapter Board of Directors are responsible and accountable for setting strategy and establishing policy to meet the needs of the profession and its stakeholders in Chapter region.

Director, Communication

Director, Communication is responsible for all chapter communication channels.

Director, Membership

Director, Membership is responsible for member and volunteer relation.

Director, Program

Director, Program is responsible for conducting events for PM community.

Director, Training

Director, Training is responsible for spreading and extending PM knowledge.

Secretary

Secretary is responsible for coordination among all chapter stakeholders.

Treasurer

Treasurer directs the financial decisions and manages the overall chapter financials.

President

President provides the leadership to the chapter board to achieve chapter goals and objectives.
